Ошибочное утверждение.

 

В вооруженные силы США можно попасть имея а) Вид на жительство (грин карта, никаких ограничений по срокам в виде 2х лет нет) б) С недавнего времени стали брать с некоторыми неимиграционными визами с) Неофициально есть случаи, когда военные помогали людям получать статус (официально это не практикуется).

Честно сказать, как у тебя с английским? НО шансов у тебя практически нет на такое, уехать в США только, прожить там

Есть несколько вариантов иммиграции (получения вида на жительство)

 

1) По семейной линии (если есть граждане США родители, или жениться на гражданке США). Это не все варианты, но остальные очень растянуты по времени.

2) По рабочей линии - надо иметь соответствующее образование и работодателя.

3) Лотерея. Каждый год проводится ГосДепом, в этом году уже завершилась.

Уважаемый, я все понимаю, Вы мне пытаетесь доказать, то, что существовало на бумаге очень долгое время. Я же Вам говорю про другое, в условиях большого недобора рекрутов, "грамотные" сотрудники ВС помогали разными путями легализовать людей. Самое последнее, что в этих же условиях, сделали послабления и стали принимать людей с non-immigrant визами.
